Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery, provided the product is eligible for return and in like-new condition. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and we cannot accept cash-on-delivery returns. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Warranty PeriodIf there is a quality issue during the warranty period, we will unconditionally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
However, damages caused by human error or natural disasters are not covered.
The warranty period is calculated from the order date and varies by product category:
・Optical Modules (including AOC/DAC): 5 years
・Cables: 2 years
