However, if we are not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws, this does not apply. Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per request) is charged for the disclosure of personal information.
Article 8: Correction and Deletion of Personal InformationIf a customer believes that the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the customer may request the correction, addition, or deletion (“correction, etc.”) of the personal information through the procedure prescribed by the Company. If we determine that it is necessary to respond to the correction request, we will promptly make the correction and notify the customer.
Article 9: Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal InformationIf a customer requests suspension of use or deletion of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Law due to the fact that it is being handled beyond the scope of the pre-disclosed purposes of use, or due to the fact that it was collected by fraudulent or other improper means, we will promptly investigate the request and take necessary action based on the results. If we decide not to suspend use or delete the information, we will notify the customer accordingly.
Article 10: Changes to this PolicyWe may change this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. The revised privacy policy will apply only to customers who have agreed to the changes by the method prescribed by the Company. If we change the privacy policy, we will inform customers by displaying the revised policy on the site or by other appropriate means.
