Founder 香梅 李 came to Japan in 2001 to study and graduated from Ritsumeikan University’s Faculty of Economics. After graduation, she joined an IT company in Tokyo, where she participated in a system development project for casualty insurance for three years, building a solid foundation in the IT industry.

In 2008, she returned to China and joined IBM. Over the course of eight years, she worked as a project manager, primarily handling clients from large Japanese corporations. She achieved excellent results in project management, client communication, and teamwork, successfully leading many complex IT projects. Kaumei Li possesses extensive global project management experience and sharp market insight. She is well-versed in both Chinese and Japanese cultures, with a deep understanding of Japanese corporate culture in particular.

Regarding optical communication products, after-sales maintenance is of utmost importance. We are committed to listening to our customers and striving to contribute to their businesses. Our vision is to “connect the future of light with trust,” and we aim to be the best partner for Japanese companies by providing “the most trusted” and “best service” beyond just product offerings.

Based on years of experience in the IT industry and insights into the future of the optical communication industry, we are dedicated to contributing to the advancement of digital transformation (DX) in Japan, aiming to help create a sustainable society.
